Construction Open Positions

Position Summary:

MIG GOV is currently on the 8a MACC ($250M) as well as the Small Business MACC ($450M) in the Hampton Roads area. We are a strong and motivated team, looking to add a Superintendent, Quality Control Officer, and Site Safety Health Officer for our government construction projects. Bases of operation are Norfolk VA, Beaufort SC, and Washington DC. Candidates should have at least 5 years of construction experience, preferably with federal projects. Each role is vital to ensuring our projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and of the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction site operations.
  • Ensure project completion within timelines and budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Resolve site issues and manage inspections.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

The Inside Sales Specialist responsibilities involve strategy, customer care network generation and management. Effectively generate sales revenue with NAVFAC, Federal, State, Local governments, Army Core of Engineers, GSA, NASA, Commercial Customers, DOD and the like. Managing and overseeing the sales quoting & ordering process start to finish. Utilizing, manage and maintain CRM system for sales process. Growing the E-commerce platform. Responsible for maximizing our organization’s sales performance and achieving its financial goals. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with sales team members, preparing sales strategy plans quarterly. Research new business opportunities and lead sales planning decisions.

  • Drive sales to meet sales goal expectations
