MIG GOV incorporates a lean construction methodology into everyday practice, providing a more cost-effective, higher quality product. This methodology, which first started over 40 years ago, has been revamped to be more conducive for overall construction work. Lean construction focuses on a clear set of objectives throughout the “Life-Cycle” of the project. Our ability to focus on the clients wants in a broader scope allows our project managers to mitigate any potential problems down the road. This process starts with in-depth planning, estimating, and scheduling from the beginning with check-point reporting and troubleshooting. Integrating a full project mentality allows for simultaneous construction within a project with consistent overall flow, mitigating resource waste whether that may be time, material, or personnel.

Additionally, in our design-build process, MIG GOV is proud to have in house LEED A.P. certified personnel.
